Dansk Firmaidræts Forbund (The Danish Corporate Sports Federation) has come up with a number of exercises for everyone to get their bodies moving. The exercises will get your heart rate up and get you moving enough to break a sweat – and they only take between 2.5 and 15 minutes to do and include inspiration for stretching:

If you do a lot of desk-bound work, SDU Move gives you a selection of researchers’ most effective exercises.

The Danish Working Environment Authority has also published inspiration for exercises in the workplace (only in Danish).
