Guest access: All employees and students have guest access to the general functions of Kemibrug, i.e. read chemical use regulations, use CLP calculator and label module.
User access: Employees are granted user access to their department’s chemical inventory(s) via the blue form (department secretary).
Other SDU staff with different affiliations can share access via the blue form (department secretary).
Master’s students who are writing their theses and special collaborators who have an SDU e-mail can be set up as users directly in Kemibrug (the department’s Kemibrug administrator).
Students on special courses are given access to the departments’ chemical inventory via the Kemibrug form (the department’s Kemibrug administrator).
Write access: Employees designated by the head of department as editors and administrators of the department’s chemicals inventory are set up directly in Kemibrug (the department’s Kemibrug administrator).
