If you dream of having influence in one of the many councils and bodies at SDU, now’s your chance. The elections at SDU are coming up in November, and from today, 21 October, SDU staff members can put their names forward for election.
- As academic staff (VIP employee), you can run or vote for the position of VIP representative of your academic council and department council.
- As a PhD student, you can run or vote for the position of VIP representative of your academic council and department council as well as the position of representative of the PhD students on the PhD committee.
- As a technical/administrative (TAP) staff member at the faculties, you can stand or vote for the position as TAP representative of your academic council and department council.
- As a TAP staff member in the Central Administration, you can stand or vote for the position as TAP representative of The University Council.
Please note: Due to organisational changes at the Faculty of Engineering, where the number of departments is increased from 4 to 5, it will not be possible to have elections for the department council until updated election lists are available.
