At 1 accommodation, the following must be stated in the email or by phone to the housing agency:
- Name of the guest
- Date of arrival
- Departure date
- Possible hotel desired. Look at the options in the link regarding the housing agency.
- 1st night is paid by BMB EAN no.: 5798000423114
- Subsequent overnight stays are paid from (eg project number rearding external project regarding subsequent overnight stays)
- Name of customer
- Remember to put BMBindkoeb@sdu.dk cc on the email
