Guide to electronic notification of coalition lists and electorial pacts

Use your SDU login and associated password to log in.

Log in to the system for notification of coalition lists/electorial pacts.

Click "In English" in the top right corner.

If you are a coordinator of a list, you can create a request for a coalition list or an electorial pact. You cannot create a request for a coalition list/electorial pact if you can see that there is already a request for a coalition list/electorial pact for the sub-election.

At the top of the page you will see a table of sub-elections, for which you have voting rights and eligibility. Here you can see requests for coalition lists and electorial pacts that have already been created.

You can only see requests that include a list on which you are a candidate or a nominator. You can view and create requests for coalition lists/electorial pacts for one sub-election at a time by selecting the desired sub-election in the table.

Select ‘Create coalition list’ or ‘Create electorial pact’ next to the sub-election and with the lists with which you want to create a coalition list/electorial pact, and fill in all fields marked with *.

The person who creates a request for a coalition list/electorial pact automatically becomes the coordinator/contact person for this list or pact.

Once you have created the coalition list/electorial pact, you must assign lists to the coalition list and lists or coalition lists to the electorial pact. Click ‘Add/remove lists’.

Click on the lists that you want to be part of the coalition list, and click OK.

The lists now appear under ‘Lists in coalition list’.

Select ‘Send notifications’, and select OK in the confirmation popup. This will send out an email to the candidates and nominators on all lists included in the list or pact.

You will also be informed that objections must be submitted to the election administrator or coordinator of the coalition list or electorial pact request if there are any objections to entering into this list or pact. This means that it is not necessary for the individual candidate and nominator to accept inclusion in a list or pact.

It is possible to send out notifications for the same request for a list or pact more than once. It may become relevant if there are changes to the composition of the list or pact. Only when the request has been submitted to the Election Secretariat, it can no longer be edited or deleted.

Click on ‘Submit coalition list to admin.’ or ‘Submit electorial pact to admin.’. The coalition list/electorial pact has now been submitted to the Election Secretariat, and it is no longer possible to edit the coalition list/electorial pact.

NOTE: Remember to submit a request for a coalition list/electorial pact before expiry of the deadline on 14 November at 12:00 noon.

Invited candidates and nominators will receive an email. The email informs the candidate/nominator that a proposal has been made that the list on which the candidate is listed should be included in a coalition list/electorial pact. The email also states the lists composing the coalition list or the lists and coalition lists composing the electorial pact.

No response is required to the email. However, any objections to the coalition list/electorial pact should be submitted to the coordinator of the coalition list/electorial pact or the Election Secretariat.

The coordinator of the coalition list/ electorial pact is authorised to enter into a coalition list/electorial pact on behalf of the candidates.
If you have been invited as a candidate or nominator and are not eligible to vote, you will receive an error message.

Log in to the module for notification of coalition lists or electorial pacts.

Here you can see the current status and edit any unsent notifications of coalition lists or electorial pacts.

NOTE: Remember to submit a request for a coalition list/electorial pact before expiry of the deadline on 14 November at 12:00 noon.
