You can book the following meeting rooms in the Resource Finder, which you will find as a tab in the upper menu bar when you create a calendar appointment in your Outlook calendar. Once you have opened the Resource Finder, click on "Kolding Lokaler" and "kør", and the available rooms will appear. Tick the room you would like to reserve. Remember to save the meeting itself on your calendar.
