The Science Faculty Administration is relocating to Forskerparken
For the past five years, the offices of the Science Faculty Administration have been located in one of SDU's oldest buildings from 1966. Now the offices are to be renovated.
The Science Faculty Administration is virtually packed up. There are moving boxes everywhere and stickers on all furniture; Friday 2 December 2022 is the faculty administration's last day on campus for now.
On 5-6 December, the faculty administration staff will be working from home due to the move – and on Wednesday 7 December the Science Faculty Administration will officially move into its new, temporary offices at Forskerparken, which is located approx. 1 km south of campus.
While the renovation is underway, the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology have put an office at the disposal of the faculty's student counsellors, who will be present there at least 3 days a week, on the days from Monday to Wednesday.
The faculty administration staff will do their part to continue to provide good service to the students and to colleagues in the rest of the faculty, without the physical distance causing too much inconvenience.
If the renovation proceeds as planned, the Science Faculty Administration will be back on campus from 1 August 2023.
