New portal conveys SDU values for behaviour and brings together knowledge, inspiration and tools to prevent and deal with offensive behaviour.
The University of Southern Denmark wants a healthy and safe mental work and study environment with a work and study culture that emphasises equality and respect in all contexts: at individual level as well as at group, management and organisational level.
A safe and healthy mental work and study environment in which managers, employees and students interact with each other in a proper and respectful manner ensures that everyone can flourish while adhering to the University's purpose of seeking, creating and disseminating knowledge for the benefit of society and humanity.
The new portal supports our efforts to promote a working and learning environment that not only prioritises the prevention of offensive behaviour but also deals with such behaviour in the best possible way when it occurs.
