SDU Citizen Science Knowledge Center works with Citizen Science in various connections, both national and international.
European Citizen Science Association (ECSA).
SDU is a member of ECSA, which gives us access to networks, conferences, and work groups.
ECSA has a platform where Citizen Science projects can be shared along with resources, tools, and training, and SDU has an organizational profile there – you can see more here: https://eu-citizen.science/
LIBER Working Group (Association of European Research Libraries).
SDUB is a LIBER member and is Co-Chair of the working group on Citizen Science. The group is working on a series of templates for Single Point of Contact, a Research Librarians Guide for Citizen Science to be implemented in research libraries; it holds webinars and works on being a party in grant applications.

The 2023 Citizen Science Association conference, C*Sci 2023, will be held from 22-26 May on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe/Phoenix, Arizona. This event invites conversations across disciplines, roles and perspectives. The conference will be interdisciplinary in scope and invite abstracts for interdisciplinary symposia, interactive workshops, engaging lectures and dynamic posters.
Over the past few years, the CSA Conference Team has also been experimenting with innovative ways to meet across the boundaries of space and time. The 2023 event gives us the first opportunity since 2019 to connect in person, and the program leans on the unique ways we learn from each other in a shared space. A lightweight hybrid program will also be available to ensure that travel is not a barrier to contribution.
