Voicemail in Teams

If you receive a call while you’re in a meeting. You will then receive a message in your ’History’ in Microsoft Teams. If the person creates a voicemail, you will then receive it in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

 

Missed calls will after 20 secs. automatically go to voicemail. If you are offline in Teams and you don’t use ‘Simultaneous ring’, calls will go directly to voicemail.

To set up your voicemail

Please click on ’More settings’ to set up your voicemail. You will also be able to redirect your calls to another phone number.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you miss a call- e.g. because you are in a meeting -  you’ll get a message in your “Call History” in Teams. Please note that you’ll not receive an email notification.

If you receive a message in your voicemailyou’ll receive a notification in both Outlook and Teams.
