You have the option of applying mail signature in Outlook, both on Windows and Mac.
If you have no signature, you can add it in ‘Settings’ – here you may also edit your existing signature.
It the imported signature is incorrect, you should check whether your information is correct in HCM: https://hcm.sdu.dk
Guide for Windows
1. Open Outlook
2. Click on "Files"
Click on "Files" in the left upper corner
3. Go to "Settings"
In "Files" go to "Options" (lower left corner)
4. Go to "Mail" and then " Signatures"
Click on "Mail" to the left and then click on "Signatures" to the right
5. Select or edit your signature
You have the option to select or edit your signature.
To the right you can choose what kind of signature you want in "New Messages" and in "Replies/forwards"

SDUEN: English signature
If you choose to edit your signature, please remember to press "Save" to save your changes.
If you experience errors in your signature, check in HCM (www.hcm.sdu.dk) whether your information is correct.
6. Exit
Remember to click "OK" when you have made your changes.
Guide for Mac
1. Open Outlook
2. Select Preferences
On the Outlook menu select "Preferences"
3. Select signatures
4. Default Signature
Under "Choose default signature" you can choose which signature you want to use "New messages" and for "Replies/forwards".

You have the option to edit your signature by using ‘EditSignature’
If you experience errors in your signature, we refer to SDU’s HCM system – check if your information is correct.
5. Close
When your have completed your changes, close the pane in the upper left corner
