Faculty Secretariat: Staff news and organizational chart
The spring and summer have offered change in the Faculty Secretariat, where we have seen resignations, transfers and a recruitment.
In the spring, the Science Faculty Secretariat had to say goodbye to team leader for the Dean's Secretariat, Gitte Toftgaard Jørgensen, after 11 years of employment, as she has now joined the secretariat at the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
This created a need to place Gitte's task portfolio, which covered both educational development, secretarial service of the Education Committee and special efforts in connection with the faculty's strategy.
Therefore, Academic Offer Solvej Davidsen moved from the Study Administration to the Dean's Secretariat to support, among other things, committee service and the academic appointments in connection with the system change. At the same time, Specialist Consultant Lise Junker Nielsen was recruited from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology to the Study Administration, where she has taken over Gitte's secretariat services for the Education Committee and work with educational development, as well as Solvej's tasks within study administration and course descriptions.
Meanwhile, as of 1 August, Team Leader for Communication Mikkel Linnemann Johansson also fills the role as team leader for the Dean's Secretariat.
In addition, in the summer we have had a resignation in the team for Study Environment and Counselling which goes from having had four to having three student counsellors. This position will not be reposted.
However, it has been possible to extend Specialist Consultant Olena Zhylinkova from External Relations for a year, at the request of the departments. She continues with her tasks in drafting of contracts and other legal aspects in connection with research projects and collaborations with external stakeholders.
