Who are we?
The Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) is a project unit under University of Southern Denmark, which is specialized in conducting pragmatic, randomized trials with a focus on improving drug safety and efficacy, particularly in collaboration with general practice.
What can we offer at CTU?
- Experienced trialists who take care of all the operational aspects of a clinical trial (e.g. authority approvals, information meetings with doctors and trial participants, data collection, patient visits, final reports, etc.).
- Access to close collaboration with approximately 300 medical practices distributed evenly throughout Denmark.
- Optimization of study design and practical execution of especially phase IV studies, but also phase III and registry-based studies.
- Flexibility in relation to geography and time perspective.
- Possibility to identify suitable trial participants via central registers.
- Quality assurance of studies.
- Ad hoc project nurse assistance.
- Cheap services of the highest quality.
