How to find the meeting rooms i New SUND
The New SUND building contains 41 meeting rooms spread across three floors. Here's an introduction on how to easily locate the new meeting rooms.
The meeting rooms in New SUND are named according to the template: An M for meeting room followed by two numbers, each of which corresponds to the room's location in the building.
The first number indicates the floor where the meeting room is located:
- M-0: The meeting room is on the ground floor (level 0).
- M-1: The meeting room is on the first floor (level 1/level with Stenten).
- M-2: The meeting room is on the second floor (level 2).
The second number is the meeting room's identifier:
The meeting room number indicates its location in relation to the various crosswalks and entrances in the building, as shown on the map below.
- Between Stenten S, Skoven, and Marken, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 10s.
- Between Marken and Tveden, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 20s.
- Between Tveden and Toften, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 30s.
- Between Toften and Forten N, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 40s.
- Between Forten N and Forten S, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 50s.
- Between Forten S and Koblingen, you'll find meeting rooms with numbers in the 60s.
From SDU in the north to Nyt OUH in the south, the numbers increase from the 10s to the 60s as you move through the building. Additionally, the numbers increase across the building from the tram in the east towards Fioniavej in the west.
This means, for example, that:
- You will find meeting room M-1.10 on the 1st floor by Stenten S - towards the east/the tram.
- You will find meeting room M-1.17 on the 1st floor between the corridors Skoven and Marken - in the middle between the tram and Fioniavej.
- You will find meeting room M-2.24 on the 2nd floor between the corridors Marken and Tveden - towards the west/Fioniavej.
- You will find meeting room M-1.33 on the 1st floor between the corridors Tveden and Toften - in the middle between the tram and Fioniavej.
- You will find meeting room M-2.41 on the 2nd floor between the corridors Toften and Forten N - towards the east/the tram.
