Illness

You must report sick by e-mail to Jeanett Wiedekam on the first day of illness, no later than the start of your normal working day – preferably by e-mail to jwi@bmb.sdu.dk. If you are unable to send an e-mail, please call Jeanett at +45 6550 2394.

On the first day you return to work you fill in and sign an absentee form, which you must then e-mail to Jeanett.

If you are to undergo surgery or prolonged treatment, you must inform Jeanett of the dates of your absence as soon as you know them. This is to enable the work to be planned and tasks to be reassigned.
