Changed procedure for work anniversary celebrations at SDU
Now, anniversaries will officially be marked with a joint reception when employees have been at SDU for 25, 40 and 50 years. Previously, the joint reception was held on anniversaries of state employment.
SDU has now introduced a new procedure for when employees have an anniversary. This means that if you have an anniversary of 25, 40 and 50 years at SDU, the rector will invite you to a joint reception. The reception will be held at the beginning of the year for employees who have their anniversary at SDU in the previous year. For instance, employees who have an anniversary at SDU in 2023 will be invited to a joint reception in early 2024.
Employees who have an anniversary of working for the state will still receive a bonus and a congratulatory message from the rector, and they may take a day off if their duties allow.
