Longer Response Times in the Servicedesk
Due to exam-related tasks
To ensure the best possible IT support for the many exams in January, the servicedesk will have longer response times on phone (65502990) and on email (servicedesk@sdu.dk) from 03 January 2023 to mid-January.
Also, the servicedesk on campus will now and then be temporarily closed as the staff is needed for exam-related tasks.
