SDU IT, are in the process of transitioning to a new service management solution
We, at SDU IT, are in the process of transitioning to a new service management solution. While our excellent service is primarily attributed to the friendly and skilled support staff and other IT professionals you encounter, we need a service management system to keep everything organized and efficient. With our new system, you'll also have much better opportunities to help yourself over time, even when the Service Desk is closed.
Our new solution is called Freshservice, and SDU IT is the first to implement it. Over time, other service functions will join in. So, we're thinking big but starting small.
