High performance computing (HPC) at SDU
SDU eScience Center aim to make High Performance Computing (HPC) available to both experienced and novice users. The eScience Center is therefore incredibly excited to introduce a new major UCloud release, which offers some of the most requested features for collaboration.
All researchers affiliated with the Danish universities and the Royal Danish Library can get access and use the ABACUS2.0 supercomputer under the same conditions.
- To request access, please fill out the Account Request Form.
- Proposers for any kind of allocation schemes must hold at least the position of postdoc within their institution.
- PhD students request access in consultation with, and under the auspices of, their supervisor.
- Users are billed according to how many node hours they could be allocated on ABACUS2.0.
Working with sensitive data
There is a big difference between working with sensitive data and not. Make sure that you choose an approved solution for sensitive data. SDU recommended storage solutions and the limitations of each option are described in this PDF.
