Call groups

Call History

 

You can see all incoming/outgoing calls in the overview to the right of the keyboard in Teams. Opposite each person, there are 3 dots (…) When clicking on the dots, a small menu with additional options will appear.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is easy to create new contact groups

 

  1. Open ‘Microsoft Teams’ on your device
  2. Click on the phone in the menu on the left. Then click on ‘Calls’ in the top
  3. On the right, you will see ‘Call groups’. To create a new list, click on ‘+’
  4. Give the list a name and click on ‘Create’
  5. Scroll down on the right to find your new call group. You can add more people to the list by clicking on the three … next to the call group name

You can add contacts to your contact group. In Skype for Business, you could also add an distribution list – this is not an option in Teams.

 

View contact groups in a list

  • Click on "Chat"
  • Select the arrow to the right of  ‘Chat’ and select Contacts

Contacts

When selecting "Calls” – a list of suggested contacts will appear  - you may delete those contacts if you want.

If you have contacts who you call frequently, you can add them to your “speed dial” list.

 

Deleting Contacts

When you have been transferred to Teams after this weekend, it is easy to click the 3 dots (…) and delete the contacts that the program suggest.
