The Faculty of Health Sciences nominates Adrian Baumanas honorary doctor. Adrian Bauman is a prominent researcher in the field of public health and physical activity. He is Professor Emeritus of Public Health at Sydney University and a co-director of WHO's
collaboration centre on physical activity, nutrition and obesity. With a career spanning decades, Bauman has dedicated his research to various aspects of public health, particularly in the areas of physical activity, obesity, smoking cessation and cardiovascular disease prevention.
