Please note: The windows will be closed and cannot be operated by wind (gusts) of 17 metres per second or more, and the sun screens by wind (gusts) of 12 metres per second or more. This is to prevent material damages and the following risk of falling material. Wind gusts at the upper levels of the building are often stronger than what's experienced if you walk outside at ground level.
