The Study Board processes the results of the evaluations twice a year, cf. the annual cycle, and in connection with the status meetings for the Educational Report.

The results of the evaluations are published via the reporting form for the evaluation of education programmes.

The Study Board’s evaluation strategy is discussed at least once a year, cf. the annual cycle.

The Study Board and lecturers must continue to emphasise to the students that their input is essential and taken seriously. In addition, time must be allocated during class for the students to fill in evaluation forms and for the evaluation to be discussed afterwards.

The evaluation is discussed during the last teaching session of the courses. The possibility of holding a ‘German day’ per semester and across year groups is also examined, where students are involved in quality assurance and development of teaching – among other things on the basis of the existing evaluations.

At the same time, please keep SN informed about other education programmes’ initiatives in relation to feedback to the students, as these initiatives may be able to serve as inspiration for the study of German.
