You can forward your calls from Teams in two different ways
Please note: Forwarding calls to, for instance, a mobile phone number can only be done after the move at the end of November.
Option 1
- Click on ‘...’ next to your profile image in the top right corner of Teams
- Select 'Settings' and then 'Calls'
- Under ‘Call answering rules', select ‘Forward my calls’. Next, choose where you want your calls to be forwarded to, such as a voicemail, another person, your own mobile phone number or a call group
Option 2
- Click the ‘Calls’ icon in the left-hand menu in Teams
- Select the arrow next to 'Forwarding’ at the bottom
- Choose your preferred option from the drop-down list in the bottom left corner: ‘Don’t forward’, ‘Forward to voicemail’ etc.
