The New HEALTH Building
Moving boxes from the relocation to the new HEALTH building must be returned by 12 April.
Approximately 5,000 moving boxes loaned by Møbeltransport DK for the move to the new HEALTH building have not been returned. They must be returned by 12 April at the latest.
The numerous moving boxes that have yet to be returned to Møbeltransport DK could result in significant costs for the university, which will be charged 20-25 kroner for each moving box not returned.
Therefore, please check if you have any moving boxes lying around and, if so, ensure they are returned. This can be done by emptying the boxes, folding them flat, and placing them at the end of the corridors, where Technical Service will collect them.
The deadline for returning the boxes is 12 April 2024. The exception is the Biomedical Laboratory, where the moving process is still underway.

Please note that moving boxes are generally considered the property of SDU, just like other inventory items, and therefore, moving boxes (including SDU's own) must always be returned to Technical Service.
