Booking of meeting rooms in Nyt SUND
In the new HEALTH building, you will find a total of 41 brand new meeting rooms. Here's how they are distributed and designed, and how you can book them.
The new HEALTH building contains 41 meeting rooms.
The meeting rooms are evenly distributed throughout the entire building and come in different sizes, designed to support various types of meetings.
At the bottom of the page, you can see how the 41 meeting rooms are arranged and located.
Booking of meeting rooms
All meeting rooms in the new HEALTH building are shared and can be booked by anyone across SDU.
The meeting rooms will be made available for booking in Outlook through the Resource Finder as they are furnished with furniture and AV equipment.
This will happen during August 2023.
If you need to book a meeting room before the meeting rooms in the new HEALTH building are released, you are welcome to book one of the existing meeting rooms on Campus Odense.
Design and placement of meeting rooms
- 5 rooms for seated meetings with a table, 4-5 chairs, and a screen
- 4 rooms for standing meetings with a high table and a screen
