Booking of Rooms in the New HEALTH Building
See when and how to book meeting rooms and classrooms in the new HEALTH building.
The new HEALTH building has 41 meeting rooms and 42 classrooms.
The meeting rooms are of different sizes and are designed to support different types of meetings.
The same goes for the classrooms, which include lecture rooms, group rooms, exercise labs, and auditoriums.
Booking of Rooms
Booking of classrooms is available now in Time-Edit, with reservations from September 1st, 2023, and onwards.
The meeting rooms will be released for booking in Outlook under Resource Finder as they are furnished with furniture and AV equipment. This will happen during August 2023.
If you need meeting rooms on Campusvej before the new meeting rooms in the new faculty building are available, you are welcome to book the existing meeting rooms on Campus Odense.
- The classrooms have been released for booking with reservations from September 1st and onwards.
- The classrooms can now be booked in Time-Edit.
- The meeting rooms will be gradually released for booking during August.
- The meeting rooms can be booked in Outlook under Resource Finder once they are released.
