The Moving Team will help you settle in
The move-in process in the new HEALTH building begins in August. When we arrive, a moving team will be ready to help us settle in. The moving team will start operating as the majority of units move in from August to December 2023 - and a little into 2024.
From August to December 2023, a large number of units are moving to the new HEALTH building on Campus Odense.
To ensure a smooth start in the new building, a moving team has been established to answer questions and provide assistance with tasks related to the move.
The role of the moving team is to handle tasks that arise when a unit arrives in the building.
The moving team consists of employees from Technical Service and SDU IT, key personnel, and the contact persons from the faculty units.
How to get assistance from the moving team
When you and your unit have arrived in the new HEALTH building and need help with a task or have questions regarding the move, you can contact the moving team:
Contact your unit's contact person.
Start by contacting your unit's contact person, as they have access to relevant information.
The contact person can also gather and send a collective inquiry to Technical Service or SDU IT.

If you need assistance from Technical Services or SDU IT, it is generally best to send an email. Please include "Nyt SUND" in the subject field, as it will make it easier to sort and promptly forward it to the appropriate person.
Contact via email:In case of an urgent need for assistance, you can call both Technical Services and SDU IT. Also, please make it clear that it pertains to Nyt SUND when you make the call.
