When we move to the new faculty building, all goods, letters, and packages should be addressed to Campusvej 55.

They will then be handled by Technical Service, Logistics, who will ensure that they are forwarded.

For The Faculty of Health Sciences, this means that they will be delivered to one of four central receiving rooms on the ground floor of the new building.

Receiving Rooms in the new building

The four receiving rooms are in buildings OU 41 and the new HEALTH building in sections 45.2, 45.4, and 45.6.

All rooms are equipped with:

  • Refrigerator
  • Freezer
  • Mail compartments
  • Shelves

Electronic access control at the entrance doors to keep track of who accesses the rooms.

Self-service pickup of mail and packages

Those who access the receiving rooms will be you and me.

In the new faculty building, you will have to pick up your own goods, letters, and packages in one of the four rooms that you are assigned as an employee.

As the system is not yet fully developed to provide a digital message when there is mail, it means that you will have to check the room regularly.

About receiving goods in the new HEALTH building:

The plan for receiving goods in the new SUND building is developed in close collaboration between Technical Service and SUND.

It is based on the desire to prevent unauthorized access to laboratory corridors, which is why central and self-service receiving rooms have been established.

Additionally, the Biomedical Laboratory (BML) also has its own receiving room.
