TrueTrade is SDU’s procurement system and as a rule, all purchases must be made in this system.
The purchase is made by the designated purchaser, but the individual employee can make a request for an order in TrueTrade, which is sent to the nearest purchaser, who will assess and make the purchase.
To be a buyer in TrueTrade, you must obtain authorization from your manager. Rights are assigned via the CRM User Administration system, and your nearest CRM officer in your area can assist with the registration.
If you do not need to make purchases, but you have to view agreements and goods as well as send order suggestions to the buyer in your area, you can do so in the procurement system without special access.
The procurement system is important because SDU has entered into agreements with suppliers based on price, quality and sustainability, and these suppliers are available in TrueTrade. When you purchase through TrueTrade, you can also get support from Procurement and Tendering.
