Primary tasks:

• Financial guidance and advice in all phases of a project and financial management with ongoing follow-up to grant holders and to heads of sections and departments

• Budgeting and preparation of financial reports

• Ongoing follow-up on time registrations and salary postings on external projects

• Support for researchers in preparing application budgets.

• Various administrative tasks regarding projects in collaboration with other departments at the faculty.

• Development and implementation of new procedures and guidelines.

• Participation in other financial tasks as needed.
