Limit the incident

• Contain the damage.

Call 1-1-2. Tell them

• Your name.
• What has happened.
• Where you are calling from.

Evacuate the area if necessary

• Activate any alarms.
• Alert those in your vicinity as quickly as possible.
• Use the nearest safe exit.

Call 6550 8888 and inform SDU

Find information about alerting in case of emergencies in the following places.

• Safety points.
• Safety information in all teaching rooms and meeting rooms.
• Evacuation equipment in areas with permanent staff.

The alerting instructions include a complete and detailed address location so that the emergency response units can find the right person as quickly as possible.

Assembly point for evacuation

• When evacuating from the department on the east side, everyone gathers at assembly point P2 next to entrance 59.
• When evacuating from the department on the west side (PhyLife), everyone gathers at assembly point P3 outside the DIAS building.

Entrances for rescue personnel and stretcher transport

When ambulances are called and stretcher transport is needed, the following entrance can be used by the rescue personnel:

• Campusvej entrance 29 and 33 (elevator for stretcher transport)
• Moseskovvej entrance 59 ( shortest way to the department EAST)
• Campusvej entrance 18 og 22 (elevator for stretcher transport)
• Fioniavej entrance 36 (shortest way to the department WEST (PhyLife))
