Door opening hours
Because of Covid-19, doors are close,d and access can only be done using employee cards and student cards with approved access to SDU. Technical Division can be contacted at 8888@sdu.dk.
We kindly request that NO unauthorised persons are let into the buildings.
Cleaning
Various cost-saving measures will be carried out during the summer period.
Therefore, cleaning will be reduced during the period 6 July until 2 August (both days included).
Toilet rooms in the cellar, Campusvej, will be locked.
During this period cleaning will be carried out in laboratories, which are in use, just as well as toilets. If you need cleaning of laboratories that have been used during this period, kindly inform 8888@sdu.dk.
In the office areas light cleaning (approx. once a week) will be carried out. As in previous years, cleaning bags/containers will be placed in the corridors where employees can empty wastepaper baskets.
The bags will be emptied daily.
You can book extra-thorough cleaning of offices, conference rooms and laboratories to be carried out in Weeks 32-35 incl. That means that thorough cleaning will NOT be available during the month of July. Users must take care of their own tidying up prior to cleaning. You can book thorough cleaning by emailing 8888@sdu.dk no later than 15 June.
Postal service
From 1 July to 14 August 2020 the Transport & Logistic Department will operate as follows:
- On Campusvej mail is delivered between 13.00-14.00 and parcels will be delivered regularly
- Parcels to be posted have to be delivered in the T & L Department not later than 14.30
- Administration routes will be as required
- Post delivered by courier will be delivered regularly
- Opening hours 08.00-14.45
- The Central Store is daily open between 8.00-14.00
