It is now time to start planning and announcing leave in the holiday year 2022/2023, where holiday must be taken during the period from 1 September 2022 to 31 December 2023 (the holiday entitlement period).

Holiday must be planned in HCM. When logging on, the staff member's personal page in the system is automatically displayed. At HCM-pages regarding Holiday and absence at SDUnet you will find a guide which explains how employees may put forward requests for leave.
Holiday requests must be submitted via HCM to the person responsible for holiday planning within the section no later than 26. September 2022.
