New guidelines for the use of IT

A change in the Human Resources Policy Guidelines has led to an update of the guidelines for the use of IT for SDU employees.

In December 2021, the Central Liaison Committee revised the section of the Staff Policy Guidelines relating to the use of IT. This has given rise to new guidelines for the use of IT by employees at SDU. These have now been approved by the Committee on Information Security and Data Protection and function as an implementation of the applicable Human Resources Policy Guidelines relating to the use of IT.

The guidelines apply to all employees. Therefore, you must read them so that you are aware of what is and what is not allowed when using SDU's equipment, private equipment, networks, systems or the like.
