Status of the mapping track

The series of interview meetings with managers continues this week. Together, the interviews are important contributions to mapping SDU’s educational administration. The interviews were initially intended to include managers responsible for student administrative tasks at the faculties and within the Central Administration. But the steering committee decided to expand them to include heads of the student administration at two departments per faculty as well as the faculties’ heads of communication, who have a number of core tasks in relation to the beginning of the student journey in recruiting new students. By the end of next week, the series of interviews – 33 in all – will be concluded.

Status of the vision track

In parallel with the mapping and holding of the interview meetings, Carve is in the process of consolidating and processing data for the final mapping, analysis and vision, which are expected to be ready by mid-January.
