At the moment there is no APP.
The mTIME provider is developing an APP, but it is not yet finalised.
If you are on part-time sick leave, you must register your current working hours and your absence in mTIME.
Please note that you cannot have total working hours above your daily norm on days when you are also absent (e.g. sickness).
If you discover an error on your timesheet after it has been approved, you can write to mTIME support to have your timesheet reopened.
We can reopen timesheets going back 12 months.
If you find that your planned holidays and special holidays do not automatically appear in mTIME, you should start by checking if your holiday is correctly created in HCM.
It is not possible to correct your holiday directly in mTIME as mTIME synchronises with HCM every 4 hours and your changes will therefore be overwritten with the holiday registered in HCM. All holidays and special holidays must therefore be changed via HCM.
Please contact your absence manager about changes in HCM.
Check these things, among others, if your holiday is missing in mTIME:
Wait until the next day and check if the special holiday days have been correctly transferred to mTIME. If not, contact mTIME-support.
Only holidays and special holidays are currently integrated into mTIME from HCM. All other absences must be registered in mTIME by yourself.
Please note that all absences must also be registered in HCM (and agreed with your manager).
When participating in conferences, seminars, courses, etc. the programmed time must be registered as working hours.
Personal time during the event and social activities - e.g. dinner etc. do not count as working hours.
It is recommended that you specify e.g. ‘course’ in the comments field.
If the line ‘Working hours’ is missing from your timesheet, click ‘Select absence type/project’ and add the line here (tick the line you want to add and then press ‘Close’).
The line will then appear on your timesheet and future timesheets. The change will not be applied to months back in time.
Tap the button to add the ‘Working hours’ line:
Place a tick next to the ‘Working hours’ line and then tap ‘Close’:
Section 2.9 of SDU's staff policy guidelines (in Danish) states that you can see a doctor/dentist during working hours. This is by agreement with the immediate manager.
Dentist/doctor visits are included in the daily working hours, so a special absence code should not be used.
It is recommended that you specify doctor/dentist visits in the comments field.
You should always register the actual number of hours you worked that day.
You can therefore register more or less than your daily norm (regardless of whether you register time on projects or not).
Remember, however, that in order to comply with the 11-hour rule, you can only work a total of 13 hours per day.
If your daily norm time in mTIME is not correct, please write an email to our mTIME-support with your manager Cc.
Our support team will then make the change in mTIME.
It is also important that you notify mTIME support if, for example, you work 4 days a week instead of 5.
If you have one or more children under the age of 7, you are entitled to 2 care days per year per child.
If you experience an error in mTIME when trying to register a care day, please contact mTIME-support.
Only employees covered by the flexitime agreement earn flex/save hours. They register their hours in Buanco.
Employees who are not covered by the flexitime agreement do not earn flex and the system will not accumulate the hours from month to month. You should always register the actual number of hours you have worked that day. Both when it is more or less than your daily norm. If you have worked more than your daily norm over a longer period of time, you can, in agreement with your manager, choose to have a day with 0 hours (you must register 0 hours in mTIME). This way you can also equalise your average number of hours.
You can see your total working hours per month on the far right of your timesheet.
The day of SDU's annual party is a half-holiday for all permanent employees at SDU, as SDU closes at 12.00 on that day.
However, you still need to register the actual number of hours you worked on that day.
If you are on holiday on this day, it counts as a full holiday day.
If you are missing a specific absence type on your timesheet, click on ‘Select absence type/project’ and add the desired absence type here (tick the line you want to add and then click ‘Close’).
The line will then appear on your timesheet and future timesheets.
The change will not be made back in time.
