Connect Cloud Merger

 Physical mails are blocked due to higher costs. If it is necessary to make physical mails, you should contact SDU-IT for temporary opening of this. If the user stops at SDU or changes department, an automatic system is integrated which means that the user loses his rights in the system.

Creating users
'Cloud Merger' is a system owned by PostNord that provides access to mass mailings. Through the CRM user management, secretaries can give access to the application.

Once you've requested access, access Connect Cloud Merger here.

When you've opened the link, you will meet this, where you select the blue box; 'Sign in with Microsoft'; 

If you meet the message below, after selecting 'Login with Microsoft', your access is missing in the user administration.

Do you meet the message below; 'Din bruger er deaktiveret i Collect', access has been ordered via the user administration, and this is now waiting to be activated by the administrator.

Don't you get access within a reasonable time, contact your access manager. If this is not possible, you can contact servicedesk@sdu.dk or give us a call on 6550 2990.

Once you have access the system, it will look like this;

Whether you choose 'Enkeltforsendelse' or 'Masseforsendelse', there will be video guides.
