Remember these few thing, when borrowing cars from SDU Vehicle Fleet
Only take a key if the car has been booked via Mileage Book.
All cars are fitted with GPS, which automatically records your journey, ensuring we comply with the requirements for a logbook and accurate record-keeping.
Without a booking, information regarding both the purpose of the journey and the driver will be missing.
When you take a key, you confirm that:
- you have read and accepted the guidelines
- you hold a valid driving licence
