Expert lists

SDU prepares expert lists of researchers in connection with major public debates, elections and international events. The lists are an extra service to media and journalists and an opportunity to highlight our talented researchers.

Principles for SDU's expert lists

How do I get on an expert list?

Communications officers at the faculties reach out to departments and centres to find the relevant researchers when new expert lists are created.

If you think you or a colleague should be represented on one of SDU's current expert lists, please contact your faculty communications unit or SDU Communication.

As a researcher, it is voluntary whether you want to appear on an expert list.

If you have an idea for a new expert list, please contact your communication unit at the faculty or SDU Communication. We will discuss the topic, topicality and interdisciplinary potential at the weekly meeting for SDU's press officers.

Code of conduct for dissemination

All your research dissemination should be based on the seven principles of good research communication:

  1. You must be accurate
  2. You must be relevant
  3. You must explain the uncertainties
  4. You must communicate the scientific status of the research
  5. You must disclose the authorship of the research
  6. You must make the perspective absolutely clear
  7. You need to account for conflicts of interest
