  Yes, we are happy to help you with facilitation tasks - either as a sparring partner or as the facilitator in the room.

• How do you ensure that improvements become an integral part of daily operations?

  Improvements shouldn't be something extra - they should be the way we do things. When we stop and ask: "How can we make it smarter, simpler or better?" - we're already well on our way.
  
  It requires a joint effort and a management team that leads the way with curiosity and a willingness to prioritise time and resources. And when improvements are linked to what we are passionate about - our core tasks - it makes sense: When we can see that an improvement makes it easier to help a student, collaborate with a colleague or deliver higher quality. Then improvements don't just become something we have to do. It becomes something we want.

• How do I best deal with resistance to change?

  Change is often met with resistance, and that's only natural. Resistance often points to something that needs attention, such as a lack of information, unclear goals or a need for support.

  To deal with resistance constructively, you need to understand it. By being curious and enquiring, you can:

  • Create dialogue rather than distance
  • Understand hidden perspectives
  • Clarify needs and concerns
  • Build trust and strengthen the solution

  Resistance holds valuable knowledge. When you treat it with respect and interest, it becomes a driving force for improvement.
