The introduction days for new students are starting up, and the corridors are once again bustling with activity.
Study Start is organised with the aim of passing on important knowledge about how to create a good sense of belonging, both academically and socially, to the new students. Study Start and the Introduction Days for Master’s Programmes for new students are planned on the basis that there is room for everyone and that everyone should have a welcoming and secure start to their education. This is ensured by following the quality policy, the Code for the Consumption of Alcohol during Study Start (opens i a new tab) and SDU’s Common Code of Conduct (opens i a new tab).
Where and when
Right now, most of the questions from new students are about where and when they should show up for introduction activities for their education programme. The answers can be found on the Study Start page on MitSDU, along with the introduction programme and other useful information. Just type mitsdu.dk/studystart (opens i a new tab) into your browser.
Other common questions are about the timetable, books for classes and which class you are in. This depends on which programme you are studying on, and new students will be informed of this by their programme very soon. However, most new students already have access to itslearning (link to the system - opens in a new tab, link to guides for staff) and can find their timetable there.
