Useful information:

• The gift-raffle game will happen again! So, remember to bring a small, wrapped gift – preferably something from your storage at home or a second-hand store: Maximum spending on the gift is 15 DKK. This is how it looked last year 😅 ​​

The Big Green Christmas Lunch Menu (Vegan)

• Aubergine “herring” with dill and nori seaweed
• Parsnip “fish fillet” with coarse remoulade and lemon
• Fried oyster mushrooms with tarragon mayonnaise
• Glazed celeriac with kale stew, butter beans and crispy topping
• “Meatballs” with spiced red cabbage
• Green pâté with mushroom ragout
• Crunchy and tangy red cabbage salad with apples and parsley
• Risalamande (Danish rice pudding) with cold cherry sauce
• Christmas biscuits

 Large Christmas Lunch Menu (Meat)

• Pickled herring “Christiansøpigens sild” with curried salad and capers
• Hot-smoked salmon salad with cottage cheese and dill
• Egg and shrimp with lime mayonnaise and toasted buckwheat
• Roast pork with spiced red cabbage
• Duck with lemon thyme
• Warm liver pâté with mushroom ragout
• Crunchy and tangy red cabbage salad with apples and parsley
