Event support policy
The DIAS Secretariat offers administrative support for events held in the DIAS building, especially those aligned with DIAS activities.
To ensure smooth coordination, please notify the Secretariat of your event date as early as possible and share relevant details 7–8 weeks in advance.

Support for events related to the DIAS pillars
For events related to the DIAS pillars (e.g. Wicked Problems, Blue Sky Mentoring, Society of Fellows, Engagement) the Secretariat is prepared to assist you with:
Support for other events in the DIAS building
Subject to Director’s approval and Secretariat availability:
- Arranging coffee and meal orders
- Room booking guidance
- Event listing in SDU’s online event calendar
