The organisation of health and safety work at SDU

SDU’s health and safety work is organized in accordance with line management structure.

This means that at the decentralized level, your health and safety group, consisting of the health and safety manager (AML) and the health and safety representative (AMR), handles the daily operational tasks regarding health and safety and provides assistance in the local area regarding specific health and safety issues.

At the central level, the General Occupational Health and Safety Committee (HoAmo), which consists of four health and safety representatives, four health and safety managers, two student observers and the Rector, who chairs the Committee. HoAmo handles the strategic and overall tasks regarding health and safety at SDU.
