Meeting catering

Meeting catering is ordered via 'Jespers Torvekøkken’s system where you must be registered as a user to place an order. To register, contact Event manager Mette Brandt by email mebr@torvekoekken.dk or tel. +45 26 20 05 25.

First and foremost, it is important that you check whether you are allowed to order catering for your meeting according to the SDU guidelines for meeting catering.

Required documentation for meeting catering

When ordering meeting catering, please send a copy of the order to Tove Nadolny at på nadolny@sdu.dk with the following information:

• Purpose of the meeting
• Names of all meeting participants
• Dispensation from the budget-responsible manager if the duration of the meeting is less than three hours

Coffee tea and cocoa

There is free coffee, tea, and cocoa in the kitchen of the Science Faculty Administration. The same coffee/tea/cocoa is also used for meetings held in the Science Faculty Administration.

We have a classic filter coffee machine, a fully automatic coffeee and cocoa machine, and an electric kettle.
