Employee ID/access card

As an employee at SDU, you must have an employee ID card that you can present when you are on SDU’s premises.

Your CRM officer, who is usually also your local HR employee, orders your employee ID card. The employee ID card is ordered through the CRM system (SDU's User Administration System).

If you lose your employee ID card, contact your CRM manager who can order a new card or help you get a replacement card.

As a new employee, you must create a personal PIN code to enter campus outside the opening hours.

Your CRM officer

At BMB Camilla Windfeld-Lund is the CRM officer for employees. This means that Camilla can order a replacement card if you lose your employee ID.

Regarding guests Lone Sundahl is responsible.
