Well-being

What to do if you as an employee finds yourself in need to reach out to someone?

Please reach out to your local leader/supervisor or to a good colleague.

Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact your local working environment group, which consist of a section leader and a staff representant. See the working environment group members at BMB here: BMB Working Environment Committee

Please also be aware that each staff group have their own  tillidsrepræsentant (= union representative) that you can contact (Danish).

You are also always welcome to contact members of the SAS section, e.g. Jeanett Wiedekam, Karin Hjernø or the Head of Department, Jakob Møller-Jensen. Jeanett have had relevant courses in psychology and guidance, and may have some coaching tips for you as well. If relevant, they can also help you to get in contact with one of the very experienced organizational psychologist at SDU.

It is also possible to contact the SDU-staff psychologist. Read more about the program here.

Read more about psychical and mental working environment at SDU here and the SDU whistleblower scheme here. If you are international, the International Staff Office (ISO) may also be a very helpful office to know.
