HCM and ERP
Access for externals is temporarily closed in Oracle HCM and ERP
SDU has temporarily removed the option to log in with username and password in Oracle HCM and ERP.
Why has it been changed
SDU has indications that Oracle has been the victim of a hacker attack in which it appears that encrypted login information has been stolen from 140,000 customers worldwide. There are potentially 471 companies in Denmark that may be covered by the breach, including SDU.
Who/how it affects
The change does not affect ordinary employees at SDU, who can log in with "Single Sign-On for company". The change affects external assessors and consultants, who only have access to SDU's Oracle HCM/ERP via username and password. It has not been verified that the player has actual SDU data and whether it is login information that can actually be decrypted by the players, but to be on the safe side, the login box has been temporarily removed from the login page.

Next step?
SDU HR, Financial Services and SDU IT are working to find an alternative way for external parties to access Oracle HCM/ERP.
