About the agreeement
Researchers from SDU and the University hospitals in the Region of Southern Denmark can publish as open access without charge in selected Taylor & Francis journals . The open access fees will be paid via the consortium agreement between Danish research institutions and Taylor & Francis, which runs from 2024, until the end of 2028.
The agreement includes publications in Open Select, the Taylor & Francis collection of hybrid journal titles. You can find a list here- Search for Taylor & Francis.
There is a national limit to the number of articles that can be published annually through this agreement. This limit is based on the current number of annual publications with Taylor & Francis.
Journals published entirely as open access are not included in the agreement.
Conditions
For an open access article to be covered by the agreement, these conditions must be fulfilled:
- The article must be accepted for publication by the journal between January 1st, 2024 and December 31st, 2028.
- The article must belong to one of these types: 'original article'/'research article' /'review article'.
- The corresponding author* must be affiliated with SDU or one of the University Hospitals in Region Syddanmark. Use your SDU or RSYD email when submitting your article.
- The corresponding author must select open access publication when submitting the article. See also the Taylor & Francis author guide.
* The Corresponding Author is defined in the agreement as the author who is corresponding with Taylor & Francis during the process.
